Characteristics of Pre-cast Method

  1. The reinforced concrete panels with tiles laid on it are made in a factory beforehand.
  2. Weather conditions do not affect production, so consistency of quality is guaranteed.
  3. The adhesive strength of the tiles and concrete panels is approximately three times more than customary method.
  4. The Pre-cast method constitutes a great advance in durability of the track and in fixing tiles.
  5. It gives a higher degree of flatness than ever before possible.
  6. It restrains the vertical vibration of car.
