High quality
Perfect unification of old and new concrete layers unleashes the strength of the total thickness of both layers.
Short construction time
Use of the ND Waterjet System permits construction of a new layer while utilizing the old layer, eliminating the need to remove old pavement and reconstruct the base course.
Cost reduction
The required amount of concrete is substantially less than the replacement method, thereby lowering material costs. Chippings from waterjet treatment are minimized and can also be reused for base courses, meaning waste disposal costs are nearly eliminated.
Eco-friendly
The Perfect-Bond Concrete Overlay Method is an eco-friendly method achieving drastic reductions in the amount of waste compared with conventional methods (1/20 of replacement of 30-cm thick concrete), reductions in the amount of concrete required, and recycling of water after use for waterjet.
